Do you know the footprints you’ve left behind?
Are you wearing the right size shoe?
- To step and stride comfortably is to wear the right size shoe. When we wear a shoe size to large, they move around a lot as we walk or sometimes we can walk right out of them as we step.
- Wearing a shoe size to small; we stand in pain and agony pretending our feet don’t hurt until we can’t stand the pain any longer.
The right shoe size must fit the right size foot. If you start out with the right tools and foundation, you can eliminate a lot of pain and agony by keeping your feet on solid ground. The size of your feet doesn’t matter; it still will take one step at a time.
To stand on the right foundation is a must, to eliminate pain and agony; we must know where we’re going based on our foundation we’ve built. When you know the Truth, you don’t have to stand in pain of not knowing, nor do you have to force something that doesn’t fit. You can’t build a foundation on a foundation that has already been laid. You can however, keep your feet on solid ground so the ground that you stand will grow deep roots as you grow a more rewarding life.
If the shoe doesn’t fit, don’t wear it. No different than if it’s not in alignment with what you want in life…Don’t try it! Stand your ground!
1 Corinthians 3:11 (NIV)
For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
2 Timothy 2:19
Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and, “Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness.”
